Hells Canyon Marine,

Being a commercial outfitter and fishing guide service we just wanted to say what a pleasure it has been to work with HCM. We now have 2 HCM boats in our fleet: a custom 29ft twin open sled and a 22ft Rush HD. After being in the jet boating/guiding business for 18 years and owning many different boats we can honestly say that HCM has given us the highest quality boats and dependable service that we can rely on day in and day out. We worked closely with Ryan, Jeremy and the crew while they built our 29' guide boat. The HCM crew went above and beyond to ensure that every little detail and idea that we wanted to incorporate into this project was taken care of. There was a lot of extra time spent because they wanted this boat to turn out just as we wanted. There is no doubt that their service has been second to none, these guys have bailed us out of a jam more than once that's for sure.

Thanks HCM, you have helped keep Hells Canyon Sport Fishing on the water 250 days a year!

To the great people of Hells Canyon Marine, I have to thank you for saving a July long weekend for a couple of Canadian guys visiting Lewiston and Clarkston. For a moment we thought wakeboarding with our friends was all but done when we found a crack in the tower of my Sea Doo Speedster Wake.

Thanks to Jeremy Rhodes and your incredible staff at Hells Canyon Marine as they found time in their busy schedule to not only look at the crack but also to repair it in no time at all. We never expected such service from a boat builder especially when it is not one of your boats.

I am a supervisor at Elk Valley Mining in Sparwood, B.C. and have told this story to everyone who asks me how my holiday went, and I don't get tired of telling it. You left a very big impression on us that day. And because of the little tour of your facility I even tell them of these great looking jet boats that you guys build by hand on site. I know of quite a few people who are getting sick of bouncing off of logs in there fiberglass boats on the Koocanusa Lake. I hope you don't mind me making a copy of your business card and posting it on our bulletin board.

Again, thank you does not seem enough for what all of you did for us at Hells Canyon Marine and it will not be forgotten.

HCM,
There's been alot of argument and talk over the HO 8.1 Marine Power. Is the extra horsepower only seen at RPM's jet boats never see? Will it burn more fuel than the standard 8.1? Is it worth the extra cost? All good questions, which I also had to mull over before my purchase.

I decided to stop nickel and diming the boat and went for the best white water combination I felt was right. Since I went with the Hamilton 241 pump...no regrets there... I decided to also go with the HO 8.1 Marine Power. That combination is fantastic in my 24' HCM.

Here is the biggest surprise. I did a full day run up the Salmon River in the spring of 2006. Fueled the boat up and found I was running 9.4 GPH. I had to keep filling the tank to make sure there was no air lock. Nope, no air lock, my numbers were right. Over labor day 2006, with approximately 100 hours on the boat, I ran 13.4 hours and burned 104.5 gallons in Hells Canyon. That's right, 7.8 GPH. Now I do typically run light, maybe 1 or 2 passengers and run premium, but those are numbers I thought I'd never see. So people can argue around the water cooler all they want. Maybe mine is an exception, but what ever it is....I'm happy.

Thanks for everything,

Last spring, before we decided to buy a boat from HCM, we put over a thousand miles on my truck looking at boats in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. We were concerned about HCM being a startup company, but the craftsmanship and finish on their boats is so much better than all the other boats we looked at, we decided to go ahead and order one. Judging by the number of people waiting in line to have boats built, we don't have anything to worry about, HCM is going to be around for a long time.

We just picked up our boat last week, all I can say is WOW! We are extremely happy. The boat could not have turned out any better then it did.

Last weekend we took the boat for a ride up to Priest Rapids Dam, about 150 miles round trip. We only burned 35 gallons of gas, not bad for a brand new motor. We are looking forward to many years of fun and fishing in our boat.

Thanks again,

HCM,

Ryan gave us the opportunity to test drive the different models and setups he had available. Being able to test drive the different models, very much helped us make our decision as to which boat we wanted.

When we decided on an HCM we were given the opportunity to be in on the building process. We didn't have to pick and choose we could change the boat to meet our needs and we did. We were able to stop by and make changes as the boat was being built and be a part of the process from beginning to end.

We have had our 22ft. HCM for over a year and a half now. We are very pleased with the boat and the excellent workmanship. The boat has a lot of room inside and carries loads very well.

We were not sure about engines the 5.7, 6.0 or other options. We went with the 6.0 liter engine and it has proven to offer plenty of power and good economy.

Service has been excellent. Ryan and the crew at HCM have always been there when we have needed them. When you go with a new business service is always a major concern but they have proven that they offer top notch service.

Thanks,

HCM staff and crew,

I have had several jet boats built in the past twenty years and the 22' Custom HD you recently built for me is far superior to any of my previous boats. The quality, craftsmanship, and detail in your boats is truly outstanding. The performance of this boat is amazing. Customer satisfaction is certainly "number one" in your company. Ryan Rogers and his wife Laura made sure that I was totally satisfied with every detail in my boat.

I usually have a new boat built every three to four years and Hells Canyon Marine will definitely build my next boat.

A special thanks to Jeremy Rhodes, Sean Mattoon, and the entire crew for a job well done.

Kudos' to you guys at HCM.

Thanks for letting me test-drive your 20-foot small block center stick steer for two weeks. I had plenty of trips to fully evaluate it, running some of the most challenging water in Idaho. I have owned five aluminum jet boats over the past 20 years and none compare to the HCM. It performed unbelievably well when I ran the railroad side of Landslide on the Payette with four adults. What a ride! I was equally impressed when I watched it perform in Granite rapids, riding so high out of the water, not even a splash in the boat. You have built a lot of safety into a modest sized Wonder Boat. Thanks again for making my dreams a reality.

HCM

It is not often in this busy economy your expectations are met. It is even more of a rarity that they are exceeded. This was our experience with HCM. We truly felt that Ryan, Rich and the crew build each boat with the expectation of quality and service they would expect if it was their boat on the shop floor.

We are very happy with our boat. The design, fit, finish and performance are superior. I'm confident we will get many years of service from it. But when its time to get another no doubt it will be HCM.

Best Regards,
